If you order the XLARGE Kamado including a pro set, a standard grille is not included. The pro set provides extra flexibility, because you can grill at different levels. This set also makes it possible to expose ingredients to direct and indirect fire. This allows you to easily sear meat on one side and continue cooking on the other side to achieve the perfect preparation. Would you rather have a Kamado with a chassis? You can order an XLARGE Kamado including base, or order a separate base.
The XLARGE is supplied with an ash pan and coal basket as standard, for easy removal of ash and charcoal. In short, with a Kamado from YAKINIKU® you not only get a high-quality product, but you also provide your garden or (outdoor) kitchen with a luxurious look. Is the larger front grille of the XLARGE not big enough? Then you can easily expand this surface with the extra raised grid (this grid is not included with this set). The extra raised grid provides an additional surface area of 70%.

The daisy disk is located on top of the Kamado, this disk ensures that you can accurately regulate the temperature. There is a ''lock'' in the disc that ensures that the disc does not fall open when you open the lid of the Kamado.
The ideal Kamado for large groups
The Kamado 22 inches is the largest size in the series. When you see this you are immediately amazed by its impressive size. The Kamado XLARGE is ideal for the hospitality industry, catering companies and basically anyone who likes to cook for large families or large groups of friends. The XLARGE easily provides a dinner for 8 to 12 people and everyone will enjoy the cooking skills of the grill master. With the accompanying accessories you can easily divide your kamado according to your own wishes and you can therefore prepare multiple dishes at the same time.
The XLARGE Kamado is equipped with a stainless steel grill rack as standard (unless the pro set is included) and a completely complete interior. This inside consists of a number of components, namely: Fire box, ash pan, ash pan holder and a coal basket. Because this inside consists of several parts, products are easy to replace and they also last longer. The firebox ensures a distance between the ceramic and the coals so that the heat is well distributed within the kamado. The handy ash pan catches all excess ash, so you no longer need an ash cleaner. The ash pan holder has handy notches for the air supply and the firebox of course for our wood chipper. The coal basket can easily be divided using a handy spacer, allowing you to place more coal on one side than the other. The Kamado is actually an entire kitchen in one product. This way you can cook slowly, quickly sear meat or even bake a pizza. The temperature is very easy to adjust thanks to two air shafts. At the start, open both slides, top and bottom, completely and you will see that the temperature will gradually increase. It is important that the dome first reaches 180 degrees before adding accessories. After this, the Kamado will cool down a bit and you can set your own temperature using the air supply. For example, 300 degrees is the ideal temperature for preparing pizza. If you want to cook your spare ribs for a longer time, for example, you would prefer a temperature of 120 to 130 degrees.
The XLARGE Kamado is supplied as standard with Fiberglass felt, which ensures that the heat is optimally retained. This strip is very easy to replace by scraping the felt from the edge, using a handy adhesive strip you can provide the entire Kamado with a sleek finish. The handy cleaning kit can be used for the rest of the maintenance. This kit actually contains all the parts that ensure that your Kamado is like new again! The YAKINIKU Kamados are of course resistant to all weather conditions, but with a nice protective cover you ensure optimal protection and scratches are no longer an enemy. This cover is also made of the best material to ensure that your Kamado is ready for optimal use after every harsh winter.
