YAKINIKU Workshop x Wine tasting
On February 7, we invite you to an exclusive workshop with chef Roel and Tastings by Steff in the YAKINIKU® Mancave! Get ready for an evening full of unique flavors and surprising combinations. Roel will guide you through the world of barbecuing with refined techniques on the Kamado and Shichirin, while Steff provides carefully selected wines that perfectly complement each dish.
The menu:
- Scallops in champagne foam: grilled with Tomasu soy sauce and honey
- Steak tartare: classic preparation with a hint of smoke
- Duck breast fillet: spicy glaze, served with Chinese cabbage
- Marrow bones: richly seasoned with Eldurapi and fresh baguette
- Picanha with chimichurri: a flavorful finale
- Caramelized pineapple: with a scoop of ice cream
Chef Roel will teach you the finer points of barbecuing on the Kamado and Shichirin, while Tastings by Steff provides the perfectly paired wines for each course. Additionally, 2 soft drinks are included.
