With this seasoning kit, you can easily maintain your cast-iron product. Start by cutting a potato in half. Use this in combination with the coarse sea salt to free your cast-iron product from rust and other residues. Instead of a potato, you can also use a damp cloth. After you have rinsed the product, you can start seasoning it. To do this, place the cast-iron product in the Kamado heated to 230 °C and sprinkle the product generously with lemon powder.
