YAKINIKU Bamboo steamer basket
Steaming with the bamboo steamer basket is very easy. You place the basket on a cast-iron pan. Fill it with water, stock or drink. Then place the oval-shaped basket on the pan. It is important to place the basket on top of the pan and not in it. As soon as the liquid is heated, it will boil and the steam from the liquid will make the basket work.
You can use the basket in the XXLARGE, XLARGE, LARGE and MEDIUM Kamado. Should you have leftover dumplings, you can easily take them with you the next day in the bento box.
