The pro set consists of a multilevel lift, 2 half moon grills and 2 half moon heat shields.
With the pro set, you can split your Kamado into two parts. This way, you can prepare different dishes at the same time. The pro set gives you great flexibility and allows you to arrange your Kamado yourself. Because of the half heat shields, you can easily grill at the same time with direct and indirect zones.
If you use a heat shield, you go for indirect heat, without the heat shield you grill with direct heat. This way, you can choose the right protection and cooking method for each ingredient.
