With the purchase of a Kamado, you become a real pizza and bread maker! You can make the tastiest pizzas all by yourself in no time at all. But how do you do it?
Pizzas are baked at an extremely high temperature of 350-400°C. Bread should be baked between 200-250°C.
First fill your Kamado with charcoal, because you need to reach high temperatures it is important that you fill it to the brim. Let your Kamado warm up and place your accessories when the temperature reaches 150°C. To prepare a pizza, always use a multilevel lift with heat shield. You then place the pizza stone on top of your standard grid. Thanks to the heat shield, the heat from your coals does not get directly to the bottom of your pizza stone, which ensures even cooking. This is how you prevent a burnt pizza base.
