The daisy wheel is best cleaned using the grill cleaner from the YAKINIKU® Cleaning set. After spraying, simply place the daisy wheel in the dishwasher and, at the end of the programme, pull it out in a shiny condition.
If there is a greasy layer on your daisy wheel after intensive use, we recommend heating your Kamado to the maximum first, so that the grease comes off.
