BBQ Herbs

Collaboration
The seasoning line is a successful collaboration with Peter de Clercq. A chef himself, Peter won the World Barbecue Championship title in 2003. Which spices on the BBQ? There are plenty of herbs that can go on the BBQ. You can use our entire range on your Kamado. We have divided our herbs into two categories: Classic and Vegetarian herbs. For each type of dish, we have developed a specific seasoning pot that suits it perfectly.
In the Classic we offer 5 different herb mixes think of: BBQ herbs, Chicken herbs, Provencal herbs, Fish herbs and Meat herbs. These are some good basics that cannot be missing from your spice collection. Whether you are a lover of grilled meat, fish or vegetables, our classics can help you in every way possible. The Vegetarian seasonings consist of 4 different types of spices. We have the Nori Mix, Sumac Mix, Sarada Mix and the Hummus Mix. EldurApi takes your dishes at home to the next level. The unique flavours turn every simple dish into something special. You can sprinkle the Hummus Mix and Sumac Mix over your dish for a tasty flavour addition. It gives your dishes a delicious flavour and a beautiful colour. Add the Nori Mix and Sarada Mix deliciously to your salad. Mix them with an oil and vinegar for a tasty dressing and add it to your salad. With the Sarada Mix, you will taste hints of onion, parsley and paprika. Finally, we also have the Herb Butter Dip and the Fire Herbs. The Herb Butter Dip is ready to use. You add it to your butter or yoghurt and you have a tasty dip.
The Fire Herbs are designed for use on your charcoal. You add the herbs to your charcoal, which gives your dish a delicious herbal aroma. So you don't use it to marinate your meat but on your charcoal. The spice mix is salt-free and has only the spices.

How to use herbs on the BBQ?
You can use herbs very easily while barbecuing. Sprinkle your dishes generously with the herb mix and place them on the Kamado. You could also add the herbs to your cold dishes, for example a salad or a tasty dip. You can also combine different herb jars with each other. Experiment with the different spices and customise the dishes to your taste. Also use high-quality products in combination with the herbs. For example, we made grilled pumpkin, pork tenderloin skewers with a nori lime sauce by combining different types of herbs. Combining the spices releases more unique flavours.
