I like to give my dishes a little spice by using cayenne and pili pili pepper. The Hot chili glaze gives grilled chicken, pork and leg of lamb a wonderfully spicy taste with a beautiful deep shine.
How do I use the glaze?
Mix 1/3 part glaze with 2/3 soy sauce and boil it down. As soon as the glaze is even and thicker than the beginning, your glaze is ready.

sugar (cassonade); spices (cayenne, pili pili, paprika); salty; processing aid (silicon dioxide).
