With an injection mix, you actually marinate the piece of meat, fish, vegetables or fruit from the inside out. Use the EldurApi BBQ injection syringe to inject the injection seasoning into your ingredient. So with injecting, you ensure that the spices soak extra deep into the ingredient, unlike a marinade that only flavours the outside of the ingredient. Injecting works best with large pieces of meat, fish, vegetables or fruit. If your ingredient is too small, injecting will have no effect.
How do you use these injectable herbs?
Dissolve 25 gr in 75 ml water, mix well and then pour into the EldurApi BBQ syringe.
